In 1841 census he was living in Monks Kirby with his mother stepfather 2 brothers, 2 sisters & new 3 day old stepbrother. In 1851 census he was living at 78 Walsall St, Wednesbury as a house carpenter. In 1861 census he was living at 45 Ingleton St, Shoreditch with his wife & a 5 year old visitor. Occ. carpenter & joiner. In 1871 he was back in Monks Kirby with his daughter, his wife had died. His death was reg. a/m/j 1871 in lutterworth vol.7a page5.
William married Eliza Ruth Jennings in 1859 in Lewisham, Kent. (Eliza Ruth Jennings was born about 1832 in Hennett, Wiltshire and died in 1868.)
