It is thought possible that Reuben was a sickly child and was hastily baptised on 28th July 1813 and then maybe given a fuller baptism 28th Sept 1814 though that baptism has parents as Reuben and Mary. 1844 died at 1a.m 15/11/1844 of diabetes. Reuben buried 17/11/1844 Killingholme, age recorded as 30 but does not fit with baptism.
Reuben married Mary Mayhew on 5 Jun 1835 in Scotton, Lincolnshire. (Mary Mayhew was born about 1815 in Scotton, Lincolnshire.)
